WE CARE

To be eligible for We Care Transitional Living Program you must:

Be a current or former foster youth between 18-21 years of age
Be enrolled in school / vocational program or currently employed
Be drug-free
Once accepted into the We Care Transitional Living Program, participants will be required to maintain a drug-free lifestyle, attend monthly workshops, attend school, obtain gainful employment, and comply with program rules and regulations to order to remain eligible.
