Occupancy is based on the resident’s compliance and adherence to these policies and to the
terms of the rental agreement. Failure to abide by any of the following rules may lead to an
automatic exit/eviction:
SECURITY RULES:
1. No violence or threats of any nature will be tolerated; this includes behaviors or actions
with the potential for violence.
2. Problems and disagreements are to be resolved in a cooperative manner.
3. No racial slurs, remarks, jokes or name-calling will be excused, whether directed towards
managers or other residents.
4. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.
5. No alcohol, drugs, or paraphernalia are permitted on premises under any circumstances.
6. All residents must abide by the terms of the Clean and Sober Contract. Violation of this
contract will result in an automatic transition from our facility.
7. No gatherings in front of the house.
